These activities will help your child understand the concepts of hot/cold.
If your child is finding it challenging to work on 2 opposite concepts at the same time, introduce one concept, e.g. 'hot' and use the words 'not hot' to describe the opposite. One your child has securely understood 'hot', you can introduce the opposite concept, e.g. cold.
