Getting Email from Commtap  

You may get email from Commtap when:

• you sign up for an account;
• you request that your password is reset;
• you have signed up for a newsletter;
• you have asked to be informed when certain pages or categories of pages are created or edited on the site.

To stop email from commtap.org being marked as spam by your email provider you may need to add commtap.org to your safe senders list.

Adding commtap.org to the safe senders list on hotmail, live and outlook accounts

• When viewing your email, click on the cog wheel (top right);
• Choose "options" in the drop down list;
• Go to "Safe and blocked senders" (under "Preventing junk emails");
• Go to "Safe senders";
• In the box "Sender or domain to mark as safe", enter commtap.org;
• Click on "Add to list".
